I have been training with Bronek for over a year and I have always looked forward to training with him. I find his unconventional methods make an incredible contribution to my fitness in a way that improves my stamina, core body strength and overall body shape that no gym workout can ever achieve.
A key element of his training is that it is tough and arduous but always executed with fun and good humour. In the same class there is always people with different fitness requirements but somehow Bronek caters for all of them at the same time. Another important element is that no two classes are ever alike, which is an incredible achievement!
He makes what he does, challenging, fun, goal orientated, achievable and you can’t help but improve your physical and mental well being through realistic and recognisable increments while training with him.
If you decide to use his services, you won’t be disappointed with whatever you’re looking to achieve. I can’t recommend him highly enough. You have to experience it for yourself to see just how good it can be for your own fitness.

His classes are not ‘a piece of cake’ and are challenging and intense, however greatly rewarding! Not only that they are FUN, but Coach Bronek has a GREAT sense of humour.
I thought I would never be able to achieve an athletic-looking body and that’s the way it was supposed to be.
Only with Coach Bronek I realized it actually IS possible. I feel fitter, leaner, stronger than I was 18 months ago. When I started, I could hardly lift 8kg kettle bell. Now, I generally use 16-20kg, for some exercises even 24kg. I still can’t believe the progress I have made.

I have been attending sessions with Bronek for almost a year now. It’s a fantastic way to get fit, stay fit and get in shape. You are never bored, there is a lot of variety in the activities we get to do. The circuit sessions are my favourite, great overall workout, also great for relieving built up frustration from your day (so long as the boxing bag, huge tyre and sledge hammer are included in circuit!) I have learnt to love Kettlebells, burpees, bear walks and planks. Instant results!!! My body is in the best shape it has been for a long time, and I am very happy with my level of fitness, strength and appearance. I get a lot of compliments these days from friends and colleagues. Bronek is a great coach, he’s very friendly, always teaches us the correct technique and tries to make the sessions as fun as humanly possible.

Once you train with Bronek, you cannot go back (to your run-of-the-mill exercise routines). Training with Bronek is hard, you’ll sweat a lot, you’ll grunt a lot. BUT it is absolutely rewarding, and FUN! He gives you his 110% attention, he knows how far to push you, and he is a super sweetheart once you get to know him.
Bronek has a unique method to prep you for going and doing beyond what you think you are capable of. He not only trains you to make sure you have the correct and proper forms and movements (he is super strict with forms and movements), he also makes you feel confident about your ability and strength. He taught me effective warming up, proper breathing mechanism and stretching. Before training with Bronek, I would not think of deadlifting 180 or 200kgs, shoulder pressing 80 kgs, and power snatching 75 kgs., but I did them all with him alongside me.
I told Bronek that my goal is to get stronger, faster and more agile; I was not looking to get bigger nor looking for a trainer who counts my bench presses and bicep curls. Well, I got stronger, much stronger, faster and much more agile. I also got trimmer and more muscular. I am glad I trained with Bronek. He had me do things I would never thought I could. Simply put – Bronek delivers!

Bronek is a fun and enthusiastic trainer. I appreciate that he takes the time to remember everyone’s name and individual strengths and weaknesses. The exercises we do vary from week to week and the equipment used adds to the fun, as well as giving me a challenge.
My fitness in all areas has greatly improved. I am looking more toned and slimmer than I have ever been. Plus, my joy for life is back!

I was joining the British army and needed to get super fit for my trails. Bronek’s group classes helped me meet all requirements for the fitness tests with ease. And It was uber fun doing it. Great motivation and Bronek is always up for a laugh. The most fun I ever had training, and I’ve done my fair share of training. I would recommend it to anyone who doesn’t have hours a day to spend on training but who still wants to be fit and healthy.

I met Bronek through his meet up class on Saturday. Really enjoyed the social Saturday class and wanted to do more.
Just like most people, I wanted to get fitter and thinner, but, because of my knee operation I had a few years ago I had not really got back into training, was unmotivated and having difficulty sticking to any exercise routine or healthy eating regime.
I tried the gym and other exercise type things that involved a lot of self motivation.
Before I joined Bronek’s programme, I was afraid that t I was too unfit and would not be able to keep up with the rest of the group, that the people would be “those fitness freaks’ and I would not be welcome.
However, Bronek and the group were really welcoming. Bronek met with me individually and helped me set up my eating regime and gave me lots of helpful tips and hints and continued to check my food logs each week. The classes were hard, but Bronek was always really encouraging and showed me how to do the exercises I was unsure of.
Results: Well I lost weight – approximately 2 stone and definitely increased my fitness. It helped me run ½ marathon and run without “dying”.
I can now use a kettlebell and do bear walks – something that I thought I would never be able to do without dying… Now, I am also able to also do press ups and my handstands and football skills have improved.
I loved going to Bronek’s fitness classes – he made exercise fun for me again.

Meeting Bronek gave me positivity that I could look back on the struggles over the past few years and hope that I could run again without fear of injury. He explained the possible factors in my life that were causing the fractures, he took time to understand my passions and what I wanted from being an athlete.
Coach Bronek identified how I could improve my diet and how to do it. He also identified where I could make changes in my training where I would not be sacrificing my fitness but hope to over come the osteoporosis.
I feel more positive mentally to have someone respond to my concerns and identifying contributing factors to get me out of this mess. I can start feeling an improvement in strength.
The first notable change is that my skin feels smoother from the diet and my nails are stronger, so perhaps a good sign that my bones are getting stronger. I have lost a small amount of weight and hope to decrease my body fat further.
I understand that it takes time, but is reassuring that I have been given a pathway to get to where I want to be.
If anything else Bronek gives you the opportunity to make yourself feel that you can make a positive effect on yourself (however selfish it might sound) in a society overdeveloped by choices and opportunities where we often feel we are given little confidence to make any positive impact.

I came to training in a regular, well thought through fashion very late at the age of 31. I have trained well focusing on bench, deadlifts and squats. But when I came to Bronek six months ago at the age of 33 I was searching for another source of programme structure, some new exercise ideas and a way of breaking through some psychological plateaux.
I know my subjects of flexibility, nutrition and training quite well from reading T-Nation and from the trainer who has taught me to a reasonably intermediate level over the last two years. I suppose I knew enough to write an average programme but I have not had the experience of seeing what works and doesn’t work in what combination on any bodytype, let alone mine. Given I am prepared to put so much time into my training, upto 5 evenings of powerlifting supplemented by stretching and squash/sprints, I want to ensure that I am going to make the best progress. So I entrust my programmes now to Bronek, who is taking my training to a new level. Bronek understands the urgency I feel to make the most of my remaining time to build. His programmes push me to the limit, thoughtfully employing many of the techniques I have read about – isometric holds at sticking points, overloads to strengthen ligaments and tendons, speed-strength as rest from heavy max CNS focused days.
Since mid October (6 months) most of my lifts have gone up about 15-20% – pretty good for all body parts. In the same time I have added 4 kilos of weight at least half of which is muscle. I have been advised to avoid supplements that don’t work like BCAAs and I have only continued with Creatine, Vitamin C, Zinc, fish oil, linseed and Protein powder.
Given my knowledge and reasonable technique, Bronek has provided me with well thought though programmes and a very generous hour’s session to go through the new exercises and the fine tuning that makes the difference – what matters to Bronek is that he explains everything intends to than that he keeps to time. I have kept him up to date with my progress several times per week, asking questions via email and Bronek is quick to respond.
I have been very pleased to renew my training relationship with Bronek. It is great to have someone as dedicated to me as I am.

Joining Coach Bronek’s programme is definitely one of the best things I have done for a long time. So pleased. My challenge was that I did not push myself out of my comfort zone, did not know which exercises were the most efficient, and also, my diet was all over the place, semi healthy but lots of sugar. Therefore kilos just piled on…
I tried different diets before, you name it, I have done it, but weight never really dropped that much and stayed off long term…typical?
I got funny comments from friends/family when mentioned few months ago “I am on this amazing programme…” Well, funny comments stopped after they have seen the results! Some 8 weeks later, -10kg and down two dress sizes! This is a start, not a finish yet, half way through, watch the space in next few months.
Bronek made everyone comfortable, exercising according own fitness level, and took individual circumstances into account, still pushing us to our personal best level and bit more. It was very rewarding to see how own fitness improved over the weeks and body shape changed, centimetres around my body just dropped off. Also, the advice about nutrition and eating healthily was crucial. To get results, you must trust Bronek’s professional knowledge, be dedicated, stick to the advice and results will most definitely follow! Do it!

Bronek Wlodarczyk has been working with the Association of Disabled Sport ‘Start’ in Koszalin (Poland) on a voluntary basis over the past eight years by designing training programmes for disabled athletes in both athletics and bench press.
Bronek has introduced us to many innovative training methods, all of which have had a significant influence on the results that have been achieved, especially in the bench-press events. Our group includes the medal-winning members of the Polish Disabled National Squad who entered the European Championships in Bench Press 2007 at Kavali, in Greece.
Mr Wlodarczyk is at ease with our athletes and is quickly able to gain their trust, which means they’re happy to follow the training programmes he asks them to undertake. He trains everybody according to their individual needs and in a way that works well in a team environment. His knowledge of sports science and sports physiology is immense and he applies that knowledge to good and practical effect. He has impressed us with the variety of exercises he uses in his sessions and we are very grateful for his assistance
We hope that Bronek Wlodarczyk will eventually compile and publish his experience and knowledge as a book that will serve a wide audience interested in sports training. We urge him to do it!

I met Bronek 10 years ago at a fitness centre in London. I could see straight away he was a trainer who was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and motivated. No jargon just hard work and results.
My main goals were to get leaner and stronger, essentially I wanted to look better. It was confusing (pre-Bronek) to understand what it was i needed to do to reach my goals. There was a lot of information and different systems on how I might go about getting my results. It just felt like a huge soup of information and it seemed impossible to stick to anything for any length of time. i had tried training alone, in classes, multiple diets and nutritional fads, nothing seemed to work. Once I started with Bronek I started seeing results straight away. I was working one on one and was going to several of his boot camp style group training sessions. The exercises were simple but when I stood back and thought about it it all made complete sense. Olympic lifting, kettle bell training, tyre flipping, log lifting, squatting, and bodyweight exercises. Suddenly I wasn’t working individual muscle groups but using my whole body. It feels like common sense now but pre Bronek it seemed id have to sit on the bicep curl machine for hours and hours. With Bronek I was seeing gains around my whole body, I was getting leaner and more body confident. My Olympic lifts had doubled, my body fat reduced drastically and I felt stronger generally.

All testimonials that you read online highly praise whoever or whatever and perhaps leave you feeling with some doubt over how good the product/service really is. I’m only speaking the truth here and this is that Bronek’s classes really do deliver results.
I got bored of the gym (who really likes going to the gym?) and I sought out a better class of exercise and this is really it. Best of all it’s like having a personal trainer but in a small group of people so you pay less & have more fun too.
Don’t get me wrong and think this is an easy, instant fix towards achieving your fitness goals but if you’re willing to at least turn up and put the effort in, Bronek will guide, coach, encourage, drag you by the heels if necessary (not literally!) towards true success.
This is done through tracking your progress, benchmarking your results and offering expert dietary advice (all included in the package). In the last 5-6 months my stamina has vastly improved and I can now lift weights 60% heavier than when I started. These classes are completely different to anything I’ve ever done. I never would have thought that I could flip over a 150kg tractor tyre – nor that I’d get fit by hitting tyres with a sledgehammer!
