My name is Bronek Wlodarczyk. I’m a Fitness and Strength Specialist and Certified Olympic Weightlifting and Bodybuilding Coach.

I am the Founder of the Fit Dad For Life Coaching Programme and Creator of the MMEGAA Fitness Coaching Framework and Training System for busy grown men.

From Bronek to Coach Bronek.

 

Beginnings
I always loved climbing trees and spending time in the water since I was little. We took part in Kindergarten Sports Games, playing hide and seek, running with bows and arrows, chasing each other on bicycles – anything from table tennis and badminton to handball and football, dodgeball to athletics and more. I tried it all and competed in most.

The Cycling Era
Cycling became a defining chapter in my life. Through it, I learned the virtues of discipline, consistency, and perseverance, training in rain, snow or shine. This was when I also discovered the impact coaching had on both wellbeing and sports results – a cornerstone in my current approach to fitness: with the right coach or mentor, anyone can excel.

The Gym
This time also led me to the gym which, once I gave up cycling, became my second home for the next 30 years, introducing me to strength training, powerlifting, and Olympic lifting. Later on, I even ran numerous races including marathons and ultra-marathons.

Academia and Professional Training
I knew I wanted to work with people in sports and fitness. I pursued a Masters in Sports Science and Physical Education from the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw.

During my studies, I received Olympic Lifting and Bodybuilding Coaching Certificates, together with several other instructor credentials in athletics, swimming, judo and gymnastics. This allowed me to train under many world’s top specialists and coaches, including former national, European, World, Olympic and Paralympic medalists, in these disciplines.

My Early Work
I’ve worked for leading UK and international fitness chains and various independent gyms and studios, and for many years as a instructor, freelance PT and a Strength and Fitness Coach working with diverse clients including fitness enthusiasts, competitive athletes, martial artists, bodybuilders and powerlifters, as well as teaching gymnastics to children.
I used to run outdoor group training, fitness bootcamps and even a weight loss program for women. For over ten years
I volunteered as a strength and conditioning coach for elite athletes with disabilities (national, European and World Champions and Paralympians) as well as athletes with mental health conditions.
Over the years I gained a reputation for having an unorthodox approach to fitness, using unconventional equipment and exercises to make challenges fun.

A New Approach
As the years went on, my perspective evolved. While the thrill of heavy lifts and intense training remained, I sought balance through activities like skydiving, rock climbing, biking, and social dancing.
My customers matured too, so my work adapted to their changing needs. My focus shifted from lengthy hardcore gym routines to simplified, foundational exercises for maximum outcome, longevity and holistic fitness without spending hours in the gym.

Pivot During The Pandemic
The pandemic’s onset was a turning point. With in-person interactions halted, I switched to online work. However, my own health, mental health and fitness declined. Seeking a fresh start, I relocated to Africa.
While pretty challenging, it was an opportunity to go back to basics, start from scratch and redefine fitness for myself and my clients.

MMEGAA and a Fitness Revolution
In sunny East Africa, I completed and refined my MMEGAA Fitness Coaching Framework and launched the “Short Workouts That Work” Training System for busy grown men.
Built on decades of experience, these efficient, adaptable systems are designed for the modern individual.
And… I practice what I preach!

Today, I work exclusively online, primarily with busy men and fathers striving for work/family/health balance.
I help clients rise from setbacks, lose weight, and level up for life without giving up the lives and things they enjoy.
I believe in fitness that complements life, not consumes it. Using my methodologies, I create resilient, confident individuals who are role models and pillars for loved ones.
